Curia is delighted to invite you to our Women’s Health Enquiry webinar, kindly sponsored by Bayer.
This webinar, chaired by former Shadow Minister for Women and Equalities Paula Sherriff, will serve as a key evidence-gathering session to inform the final report on the economic and socio-economic case for prioritising women’s health. The session will bring together leading voices from health, policy, economics, and lived experience to explore how underinvestment in women’s health contributes to economic loss and inequality – and how targeted interventions can reverse this.
Format: Following short presentations from expert witnesses, the Curia Health, Care, and Life Sciences Research Group Board will lead a structured questioning session, similar to a parliamentary committee hearing. This format will ensure in-depth exploration of the evidence, with the aim of producing actionable recommendations for the report.
Outputs from the session will include:· Insights for inclusion in the policy report narrative.· Quotable contributions from panellists and participants.· Additional qualitative data to complement economic modelling and case studies.
Findings will be included in a report sent to key stakeholders in government ahead of Budget submission.
