Join Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust for a conference to discuss AI, Corporate Transformation and Time to Care.

Date: Tuesday 17th March 2026

Time: 09:30-16:10

Location: ARU Chelmsford

Hosted by Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT), in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), with sprint sessions delivered by policy institute Curia, this East Anglia Digital Conference brings together NHS leaders, innovators and academics to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can be deployed at scale to transform corporate services and strengthen frontline care.

As AI moves from experimentation to real-world organisational use, the focus has shifted from proof of concept to procurement, integration and measurable outcomes at Trust and system level. This conference examines how AI can be embedded into corporate back office functions – including finance, HR, workforce, training and governance – in ways that reduce bureaucracy, release staff time and improve organisational performance.

Important Information:
Registration does not guarantee attendance. Only those who receive a confirmation email will be permitted to attend.

The event will feature:

  • Discussion on how AI can reduce duplication and manual processes across corporate systems
  • Exploration of procurement, interoperability and governance barriers that continue to slow adoption at scale
  • Engagement between NHS leaders, academic partners and innovators on translating ambition into sustained delivery
  • Structured sprint workshops, facilitated by Curia, to define practical next steps for implementation

The conference will highlight regional collaboration across East Anglia and support informed debate on how organisational readiness, workforce confidence and system leadership can align to enable responsible adoption of AI within NHS provider organisations.

Attendance is by invitation only and registration is required.
