Join Curia and the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership for a parliamentary roundtable on embedding trauma informed approaches across public policy and public services.
This session will bring together parliamentarians, system leaders, practitioners and people with lived experience to explore how trauma informed principles can strengthen prevention, reduce inequalities and support reform across health, social care, justice, education and community services.
The discussion will focus on the human and economic case for action, the evidence underpinning trauma informed practice, and practical opportunities to move from awareness to implementation within existing policy and system frameworks.
The roundtable aims to build cross party understanding, align policy levers across departments, and lay the groundwork for continued parliamentary collaboration towards a coordinated UK wide trauma informed approach.
Please note: Registering via Eventbrite does not guarantee a ticket. Tickets issued via Eventbrite are not valid for entry.
Official parliamentary tickets will be issued at least 48 hours in advance and will include the exact location of the event. Anyone without an official ticket will not be permitted entry.
